Cancellation Policy

At Blooms and Beyond, orders can be canceled 36 hours prior to the actual delivery time selected by the customer. If the cancellation request is received 36 hours prior to the delivery time, an unused credit equal to 100% of the ordered amount will be provided to the Customer which shall be valid for a period of 3 months.
Order which has been placed for next-day delivery may be canceled within 3 hours after placing the order and shall be entitled to a 100% unused credit which shall be valid for a period of 3 months.
Unused credit can be used for a period of 3 months from the date of cancellation if not, it will be forfeited.
