Blooms and Beyond delivers within Dubai, UAE.
A delivery charge of 30 AED shall be applicable on orders under 200 AED and orders above 200 AED shall be delivered free of charge.
An order will be applicable for same-day delivery if placed before noon. Any orders placed after noon shall be delivered the next day or on any other day selected by the Customer at the time of placing the order.
In the event, there are any special delivery instructions, we request you to kindly let our Customer Care know in advance of by way of call or email.
In the event there is a change of delivery address after the order has been dispatched, there will be an additional charge of 30AED for re-routing to the new address.
In the event, our delivery team attempts to deliver an order and the recipient is either not responsive, unavailable to receive the order, or has requested to postpone the delivery to a later date, then the same product can be re-delivered the following or next day with an additional charge of 30 AED. However, kindly note that such re-delivery will be for the same product in its current condition. In the event, the condition of the product is not satisfactory, we would not be able to replace the product or refund the amount.
In the event, the order is refused by the recipient upon delivery, the sender shall be updated immediately. The sender would need to provide our delivery team with an alternative recipient address and shall be charged an additional charge of 30AED for re-routing to a new address.
In the event, our delivery team is unable to get a response from the recipient during the delivery, the sender shall be updated immediately. However, if there is no response from the sender, we will have to cancel the said order and no refund shall be issued for the same.
In the event, our delivery team is unable to deliver the product as the recipient's address is a non-serviced or remote area, the sender would need to provide our delivery team with an alternative recipient address and shall be charged an additional charge of 30AED for re-routing to a new address. Kindly note, in the event, the sender is unable to provide the delivery team with an alternative address, the order shall stand canceled with no refund.
