- At Blooms and Beyond, there are no replacements/refunds allowed as the products sold by us are perishable.
- However, in the event, we have sent the wrong product or the product is damaged or of bad quality, please get in touch with our Customer care within 6 hours of receiving the product. To qualify for the replacement, provide proof to justify the complaint. If the complaint is found to be genuine, we would be happy to send you a replacement within 24 hours.
- Kindly note, no refund is applicable for any occasion arising from Customer error, including but not limited to incorrect information provided by the Customer, refusal of the receiver to receive the item beyond the control of Blooms and Beyond, and duplicate order upon checkout supposing that there was no technical issue during the processing of payment.
